Are your ceramics food-safe and lead-free?

All of our handmade ceramics are crafted using non-toxic, lead-free glazes and natural clay materials. They are fired at high temperatures to ensure durability and safety for everyday use. You can confidently use them for serving food, beverages, and even in the microwave or dishwasher (unless otherwise noted for delicate pieces).

Why do some items look slightly different from the photos?

Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Because our ceramics are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are part of their charm. These differences reflect the artisanal nature of our work and ensure that no two items are exactly alike. If you're looking for a perfectly matched set, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you find pieces that complement each other beautifully.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We carefully package each item to prevent breakage, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on your preference.
